Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the product (for example, a conditioner that doesn’t meet your expectations), we are happy to exchange it for a product of equal value, or offer a store credit for the purchase amount, provided it meets our return conditions above.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your return request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
